Cancellation Policy

At Zoiseaux Travel Tours, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy aims to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the best experience for all our guests.

Cancellation Terms

More than 7 days before the scheduled tour date: Free cancellation with a full refund (if applicable).
3–7 days before the scheduled tour date: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Less than 3 days before the scheduled tour date: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

If the tourist does not show up at the agreed pick-up location, the full amount of the booking will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

Refund Process

Cash on Delivery Payments: If cancellation qualifies for a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days. A team member will coordinate directly with the customer for the return.
Card Payments with the Driver: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Modifications to Bookings

Tourists can reschedule their bookings free of charge if the request is made more than 7 days in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the tour will incur a 10% rebooking fee.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, or any unforeseen event that prevents the tour from taking place, tourists will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule without additional charges.
